The Sim Weather is an animated skin with no text, except for the tool tips that provide additional information. It is designed for those who would like to get weather updates in a more visual way. The sun shows the current temperature while the rotating windmill indicates the wind speed. There is also a compass (which is customizable) that displays the current wind direction. This skin might really come in handy if you are planning to go out boating or kayaking.
