The simplest skin for rainmeter resembling a clock is here. It operates just as the name suggests. You get a simple clock that will show you the time by accessing the same on your system. It will show you the current time, current day, and the date in a dd/mm/yyyy format. The time is shown to you in digital units, and it has a 24 hour format. However, you can choose the desired color from only two options, i.e., black and white.
