Weather WRM Rainmeter Skin

Check out on the weather in a funnier way now as the Weather WRM Rainmeter skin tells you the weather personified in a character. The character in the rainmeter suite is a black WRM which will tell you about the weather outside with a dialogue box. It will tell you if it is cloudy or its sunny outside. For instance, if the weather is clear and fair, then the dialogue will appear as "Weather…..Well, I think, it's fair."
